Standard required documents may be found in the Sample Notice of Deficiencies. Additional documents may be required in certain cases. Documents must be submitted through BkDocs.us. You will need a login; see the BkDocs.us (Document Upload) section in the navigation for Getting Started guides and FAQs. Required court documents must be filed with the Court. The Trustee is electronically notified of all documents filed with the Court; hard copies do not need to be submitted to the Trustee.
Please review the Court Calendars page for the applicable confirmation hearing schedule. Trustee recommendations are available by calling this office the day before each confirmation hearing at 954-382-2001 between the hours of 9am-4pm with a lunch break between 12pm-1pm.

Self-calendaring of hearings must be completed by 12:00 P.M., 14 days prior to the scheduled hearing. Matters set after this deadline may result in a Notice of Deficiency and cancellation of the hearing.
