About the Case Information System
The case information section of our website is provided by our database vendor Bankruptcy Software Specialists, LLC (BSS). Each night BSS downloads all case information from our system and uploads it to their web server. Note: Case information is current 24 hours after posting.
For example, if a payment is posted by the Trustee's office on a Monday, the payment will not show up on the website until Tuesday.
System Downtime
The Trustee's office has no control over this section of our website. At times, the BSS server may be down for maintenance or upgrades. Please do not call the Trustee's office to report the site is down. BSS strives to keep downtime to a minimum, but problems can and do occur. If you need case information while the website is down, please call the Trustee's office and speak to the appropriate Case Administrator.
