The Trustee will continue sending payments to the address listed on the confirmed plan or Proof of Claim until a Notice of Address Change is filed with the Bankruptcy Court. The new address and/or account number must be filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Correspondence requesting change is insufficient and will not be considered.
